What we most want to hear

A specification we got wrong, with the manufacturer page that shows it
A product that has been discontinued, superseded or changed
Any sentence on this site that implies we have tested or used a product — that is a failure of the method, not a detail
A published working temperature or coverage rate that does not match what we quoted
A surface compatibility call you think is wrong, and why

For brands

We do not accept free product, sponsored placements, paid reviews or guest posts, and nothing here can be bought. Specification sheets, owner’s manuals and published care documentation, on the other hand, are genuinely useful — send those.
